Responsibilities

The role covers all aspects of Digital Marketing; including content marketing, social media, SEO, paid media, and more. The successful candidate will be up-to-date with the latest digital marketing best practices and adept at gaining the trust of their coworkers. They must be able to set a detailed digital marketing strategy and then execute upon that strategy, focusing on those tactics which will return the greatest ROI. RoverPass emphasizes strong growth and profitability; therefore, the ideal candidate must be able to measure and report on the success of their initiatives while prioritizing those tasks which will maximize growth and return on investment.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Google Keyword Planner and other Keyword Research Tools
  • Experience with SEO Tools such as Moz, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, etc.
  • Ability to develop an outreach strategy, seeking placements with websites that have high engagement and authority with the search engines
  • Experience with Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools
  • Familiarity with .htaccess, robots.txt, site speed optimization
  • Knowledge of past, current, and future trends and algorithm updates
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate testing SEO best practices
  • Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Graphing, etc.
  • Bachelor’s Degree

Preferences

  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate testing SEO best practices
  • Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Graphing, etc.
  • Familiarity with enterprise SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Conductor, Tableau, Deep Crawl, and Adobe Analytics
  • Knowledge of Cloud Software and Software as a Service
