What is the Position?

The Campground Recruitment Representative is a team member of the RoverPass sales group focusing on spreading RoverPass’s message and letting campgrounds know about our service. This role is instrumental in developing and growing our database of campsites. We are very much a startup that will require a hands on and hungry approach. You will discover and talk to people who share the same interests and passions as you. We will give you the tools to succeed and have a blast doing it. Are you ready for the challenge?

Responsibilities

  • Make 50-70 calls per day to build and manage a campground pipeline
  • Prospect via warm and cold-calling, e-mail/e-marketing, and utilizing Internet information sources
  • Convey RoverPass’s vision and promote the benefits of using our product to campgrounds across the nation
  • Exceed weekly, monthly, quarterly phone and campground quotas

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Some outbound phone experience, with excellent listening skills
  • Passion or education for camping and the outdoors themselves
  • Thrives on multi-tasking while being very detail oriented
  • High energy, reliable team player
  • Extremely coachable and always open to feedback, learning and helping other team members
  • Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (email, phone system, MS Office)
  • Eager to work in an entrepreneurial environment while wearing several hats
